1 : why should we file this ?
It is not an option but Mandatory as per Govt of India norms and after the last date, directors will face a penalty of Rs 5000 per head. Also until they complete KYC they can't act as directors of the company.
2. Should we do it for all directors ?
Yes, it is . Every single director to do this without fail.
3. What should I do to get this completed ?
Send the following Documents of every single director
1. PAN card
2. Aadhaar card
3. Address proof (voter id, Driving license etc)
4. Passport (if available)
5. Colour passport size photo
4. How to do ?
1. send scanned copies of the document to

2. Wait for confirmation call from us
3. You will receive a SMS from AdeMuDSC forward that to 9945211399 (without editing the message)
4. Download emudhra app in your Android phone
5. Click on video recording
6. We will give you your Application id , please enter it and enter your date of birth
7. Once the video starts recording answer 3 questions (viz your name, Date of birth, and yes for did you applied for DSC)
8. Upload it,
9. After 5 hours a sms will come to you from AdeMuDSC. pl forward that message to 9043539182
