Looks like the Directors don't know email or SMS handling. We need to inform the CEO Mr. Thiruppathi Raja atleast 1 hour in advance so that he will make arrangements and directors will be assembled in office. From thereon the CEO will take it forward.

18% tax on 100 rupees makes it 18

Postage and handling are incidental costs getting reimbursed.

i.e we spend on their behalf and inturn they give it back to us. This already has suffered tax at the point of sale.

That's where we didn't charge them tax on incidental charges.
