Note : The customer doesn't know how to use an email too. A Telugu speaker can make things simple.

Customer called me again. He is interested to keep his compliance updated but is not sure why his company alone is being asked to do.
Couldn't manage with the little Telegu knowledge that I have.

Somebody who can speak Telegu has to take this forward.
