request, please find some details about the DIR3-KYC process below.
Just a small introduction about us. We represent Auro Infotech and we
handle technology services to clients in various countries such as India,

To initiate the process, please make sure each of your directors have the
following documents ready to verify their photo id proof and address
proof:
1. PAN card
2. Passport (if available)
3. Aaadhar Card
4. DSC (USB token)
If they need a DSC, they should also have a photograph handy.
In addition, please make sure they have the following information ready:
1. DIN
2. Phone number
3. Email id.
We realised that many firms are collecting between 1000 and 3000 Rupees
per director for each of the above services and hence wanted to make sure
FPOs are aware of the low prices available and make use of them if they
would like the same.

2. New DSC (if required) for each Director: Rs.500/- + 18% tax
