I spoke to him and he said they have 5 directors and 5 promoters.

One director has already completed KYC and they have to do it for remaining 4 directors.

2 directors had completed the process and the rest of them are yet to do it.

But the CEO said, since this year somebody is already doing it he don't want to stop it abruptly. Hope he should be approaching us next year.

Hence this is a lost opportunity.

He also enquired about RoC filing, Audit & AGM preparation. we need to respond in 2 days in this regard.
