They are yet to file. Company secretary isn't giving documents and DSC.

In a board meeting there was a special resolution to remove the company secretary and they are appointing us as service providers all 360 degrees. We need to send a tariff card and offer letter for all the services and they will give us purchase order.

it is a lost opportunity now but a big win as the reputation that we built with them helped them take such a decision.
